DNO divests Côte d’Ivoire business to Panoro Energy in $86.5 million deal

DNO will sell its Côte d’Ivoire oil and gas business to Panoro Energy for $86.5 million, divesting roughly 3,300 boed of production as it concentrates on its expanded North Sea portfolio.
