Canadian pipeline expansions could unlock 2–3 MMbpd of oil production growth

New and expanded pipeline routes could accommodate 2–3 MMbpd of Western Canadian oil growth into the late 2030s, as takeaway capacity increasingly moves ahead of producer needs.
