Ecopetrol to acquire stake in Brazil’s Brava Energia, targets controlling interest

Ecopetrol has agreed to acquire a stake in Brazil’s Brava Energia and plans a tender offer to secure a controlling interest, expanding its upstream portfolio and production base.
