Energy Workforce & Technology Council names three new Advisory Board members

The Energy Workforce & Technology Council has appointed Bob McGowan, Kirk Ginn and Ryan Tull to three-year terms on its Advisory Board, adding expertise across energy services, workforce, equipment and capital markets.
