ExxonMobil to operate Azerbaijan shale venture with SOCAR

ExxonMobil and SOCAR have formed a joint venture to explore and develop unconventional oil and gas resources in Azerbaijan’s Middle Kura basin, taking U.S. shale expertise into a new international play.
