INEOS launches EU’s first full-scale offshore CO₂ storage operation

INEOS has launched commercial CO₂ storage at Greensand offshore Denmark, using the depleted Nini West oil field with initial capacity of 400,000 tonnes per year and potential to scale to 4–8 million tonnes.
