Talos founder Tim Duncan leads U.S. Gulf oil acquisition with new company

Talos Energy founder Tim Duncan is backing a new oil company that has entered the U.S. Gulf with its first acquisition. The deal brings in former Goldman Sachs analyst Jeff Currie as the venture targets offshore production growth.
