U.S. Steel clears final permit for $475 million oil and gas tubular facility

U.S. Steel has received the final permit for a $475 million quench-and-tempering facility in Alabama that will expand tubular capacity for the Permian, Eagle Ford, Haynesville and Marcellus basins.
